This exclusive program matches innovative startups and investors for one-on-one meetings at NRF Retail's Big Show.
Participating startups will be sourced from the NRF Innovation Lab and Startup Zone. They are selected to participate based on demonstrated market fit, strength of the founders, and other validation from investors, retailers and media. Companies will be primarily early stage and represent the latest advances in marketing, visualization, robotics, supply chain, delivery, auto-checkout, personalization and data management technologies.
Startups that appeared in previous NRF Innovation Labs and Startup Zones have gone on to be acquired, raised millions in funding, built effective partnerships and expanded globally with brands such as Apple, Google, Nike and Walmart.
Meetups will take place during show hours and include refreshments. Interested participants must meet the qualification criteria and deadlines below.

Venture Capitalists
Qualifications:
Must be a current investor in retail or tech startups and must be seeking to make investments in 2025.
VC Participation Includes:
- Access to top retail tech startups
- Curated meetings based on investment strategy
- 1 Expo Pass (access to 300,000 sq. ft. of retail technology)

The program is only available to startups that are currently exhibiting in the NRF Innovation Lab or Startup Zone at NRF 2025.
